One lucky contractor is going to win a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as a result of this NexTREME Makeover Contest - a full year of Nexstar membership that results in business and personal transformation. All entrants must meet these contest eligibility requirements.

Contest Information:

• Prize has no cash value
• No purchase required to enter
• No guarantee of winning a prize
• Judging is subjective
• Decision of judges is final and binding (judges: Lisa McNeil and Jack Tester)
• Nexstar has the right to disqualify a contestant after the judging for failure to implement Nexstar systems and attend necessary Nexstar courses
• Winning contestant will be responsible to pay for travel and lodging expenses related to attending Nexstar courses
• Winner is required to give Nexstar coaches entry to winner’s place of business and access to staff
• Winning contestant must agree to before and after story on their business to be published in national trade publication
• All information will be held confidential by Nexstar

Contest Terms And Conditions:

• Company must supply financial information (profit and loss statement and balance sheet)
• Company must supply certificate demonstrating company has adequate liability, workers' comp and licenses
• Current members are ineligible, but past members are welcome to enter
• Company must have sound business practices, have a clear track record, agree to a background check, be committed to improvement and subscribe to our code of ethics (CLICK HERE TO REVIEW)

Company Acceptance Of Terms:

• All materials, training schools, programs, and services remain the intellectual property of Nexstar, Inc.
• Members are granted a license to use as long as they are a member in good standing of Nexstar, Inc.
• All materials, including copies made thereof, are to be returned to Nexstar, Inc. upon termination of membership
• As a member, I understand it is my responsibility to safeguard and protect the intellectual property of Nexstar
